Fall Series: Courageous
To truly live life to the fullest and meet its challenges, we need courage. Firefighters need it, soldiers need it, parents need it, and every person serious about walking with God needs it. But choosing to live courageously is not for the faint of heart. Often times it takes an uncommon courage to do the tough thing simply because it’s the right thing. In this series, we’ll meet some courageous people, who displayed a remarkable faith in the midst of challenging circumstances. And we’ll discover together that the person who ultimately shows courage, integrity and strength will ultimately gain the respect they desire and may even find themselves in positions of responsibility they never imagined. After all, God is seeking “to show Himself strong in those whose hearts are completely His” (2 Chronicles 16:9).
