Available Support Groups
A women’s “generic” 12 step meeting utilizing the Serenity Bible. Using Ephesians 6:12 as our life verse, we attempt to support and encourage one another in the healing of life’s hurts, including codependency as well as all types of addiction. CARE: Supporting Moms of Children with Special Needs
Through monthly CARE meetings, we seek to provide a “safe place” to form friendships with other moms who understand both the joys and the challenges of raising children with special needs. We hope to offer prayer support, resources and encouragement to moms and their families, while offering partnerships of moms of older children with special needs with younger moms who are beginning the journey. Grief Share is a 13 week support group at Adventure for anyone who has lost a loved one and is struggling. The group meets beginning February 19, 2013 through May 14, 2013. You are welcome to come during any session, as each is “self-contained,” so you don’t have to attend in sequence.
